Jixi Township is located in the western part of Changhua County, Taiwan, China. It is bordered by the Taiwan Strait in the west, Changhua City in the east, Hemei Township in the south, and Ganggang Township in the north, with the terrain descending gently from the east to the west, and with many salt farms and fishing farms along the coast. The name of the township originates from the early administrative division of "Line West Fort", with fishery and agriculture as the main economic axes, and an abundance of agricultural products such as wendan and watermelon. In recent years, the township has been actively developing coastal eco-tourism, and has attractions such as the Line West Coastal Park and the Coastal Bicycle Path, making it a township with both natural and humanistic characteristics along the coast of Changhua.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
