Wuming District, belonging to Nanning City, Guangxi, is located in the south-central part of Guangxi, upstream of the Right River, and is one of the important birthplaces of the Zhuang culture in China. It is a beautiful place with natural scenery such as Daming Mountain and Yiling Rock, of which Daming Mountain is known as "Mount Lushan in Guangxi" and is a national nature reserve. Wuming Zhuang cultural heritage, the annual lunar March 3 of the "Zhuang March 3" singing pike event, attracting many tourists at home and abroad, was included in the national intangible cultural heritage list. As the "Chinese bergamot township", Wuming bergamot flesh, juicy and sweet, exported both at home and abroad, and become a pillar of the regional characteristics of the economy. In addition, Wuming is also known as "the hometown of China's Loud and Clear Mountain Song" and "China's Zhuangxiang Cultural Research Base", showing unique national charm and vitality of the times.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.

The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
