Located in southeastern Windham County, Vermont, USA, on the eastern slopes of the Green Mountains and adjacent to the city of Manchester, Wilmington is a well-known four-season destination in Vermont. Known for its pristine natural beauty and laid-back community atmosphere, this town of about 1,800 people is a skier's paradise in the winter, with Haystack Ski Area nearby, and in the summer for hiking, biking, and exploring the surrounding waterfalls and forests. The town center retains classic New England architecture, and Main Street is home to specialty stores, family restaurants and community events such as the annual Oldsmobile Parade. The local economy is based on tourism, small-scale manufacturing and agriculture, and the town is especially known for its maple syrup and artisanal products, making it an ideal destination for experiencing rural Vermont life.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
