Wenxi County is part of Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, China, located in the northern part of the Jinnan Basin, with a total area of about 1,167 square kilometers and a population of about 400,000 people. As one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization, its history can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period, named after Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty who passed through the area on his tour and heard the news of the victory over the South Vietnamese, and the history of the county has been more than 2,100 years since it was founded.
Wenxi is the famous "prime minister's hometown", Pei's family has produced 59 prime ministers, the existing Pei's ancestral hall in Pei Bai Village is a national key cultural relics protection units. The local traditional steamed bun technique is listed in the national intangible cultural heritage, iron and steel, glass products, food processing of boiled cakes as a pillar industry, in which Wenxi boiled cakes are known as one of the "eight famous spots in Shanxi".
The county has a temperate continental climate, with natural landscapes such as Tangwang Mountain and Dongze Lake, as well as monuments such as the Jingyun Palace built by the Tang Dynasty and the Pagoda of Baoning Temple built by the Song Dynasty. The Wenxi Museum has a collection of Shang and Zhou bronzes and other cultural relics, and the Tangwang Mountain Temple Fair on the 18th day of the 3rd month of the lunar calendar attracts a large number of tourists, displaying the unique folk culture charm of Jinnan.
Raisut is a major port city in northern Oman, strategically located along the Gulf of Oman near the Strait of Hormuz, and is one of Oman's main maritime gateways. With Sultan Qaboos Port at its core, the city is one of Oman's largest commercial ports and is responsible for the import and export of large quantities of oil, liquefied natural gas, and goods, which are vital to Oman's foreign trade and economic development. Reisut is not only industrially advanced, but also has a long maritime history, with traditional shipbuilding and fishing still being important industries in the region. In addition, the combination of desert landscapes and coastal scenery around the city attracts some tourists, making it an economically vibrant and culturally attractive city in northern Oman.
