Wen'an County is located in the central part of China's Hebei Province, under Langfang City, in the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, with a total area of about 980 square kilometers. The county has a long history dating back to the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, with agriculture and industry as the pillars of its economy, producing crops such as wheat and corn, and boasting industries such as wood processing and metal manufacturing. Wen'an is conveniently located close to Beijing and Tianjin, with a number of arterial routes such as the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway and the Daguang Expressway running through the whole territory. Located in the western part of Guangdong Province, Luoding is a county-level city under the administration of Yunfu City, known as the "Gateway to Western Guangdong" and the "Breadbasket of Lingnan", situated at the crossroads of Guangfu and Bagui cultures, with a long history of more than 1,400 years since it was established in the Southern Dynasty, and is one of the "Ancient Cultural Counties of Guangdong". The Changgangpo Ferry Trough in the county is known as the "Red Flag Canal of the South", which is a model of modern water conservancy engineering; Luoding has abundant products such as rice and cinnamon, and has deep agricultural roots.
