Located in Xingtai City, Hebei Province, Wei County is situated in the Heilonggang Basin of the Ji'nan Plain, and is a county under the jurisdiction of Xingtai City. As an old revolutionary area, Weixian is known as the "Red Capital of Ji'nan", with a profound red culture. Local agricultural characteristics are distinctive, is China's pear industry demonstration county, "Wei Pear" has a long history, the flesh is delicate and sweet; traditional handicrafts "Wei County Cloth Textile Technology" is included in the national intangible cultural heritage, highlighting the unique charm of folklore. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
