Located at the eastern end of the Shandong Peninsula, Weihai is surrounded by the sea on three sides, with the Korean Peninsula to the north and east across the Yellow Sea, making it one of the closest cities in mainland China to Japan and South Korea. This seaside city is known as the "cleanest city" with high quality air and sea water, high forest coverage, and is regarded as the "National Forest City" and "National Health City". It is a famous summer resort with cool and pleasant summers, and attracts many tourists to attractions such as Liugong Island (a memorial site of the Sino-Japanese War), Chengshantou (China's Cape of Good Hope), and Huaxia City. Located in the northwestern part of the island of Antigua in Antigua and Barbuda, Codrington is an important historical town and cultural landmark in the country. Named after Christopher Codrington, a 17th-century English plantation owner, the town was once one of the centers of the Caribbean sugar trade, and still retains colonial stone buildings, windmill ruins, and the remains of the old wharf, which bear witness to the changing history of the Caribbean Sea.
