Located in the southeastern part of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province, China, Dianbu County is situated at the junction of the eastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and the western end of the Qinling Mountains, with an average elevation of about 2,400 meters above sea level. The area is famous for its magnificent natural scenery and rich Tibetan culture, with famous scenic spots such as the Zagana Stone Forest and the Lazikou Battle Site.
