Veblungsnes is a small coastal town in the Mollerumsdal region of western Norway, situated at the entrance to the Romsdalsfjorden fjord and neighboring the famous tourist town of Ondalsnes. With a population of about 2,500, this small, mountainous town is known for its magnificent fjord scenery and long fishing tradition.
Surrounded by the steep Romsdals Alps, Veblonsnes offers the chance to experience the midnight twilight in summer and the aurora borealis in winter. The town's "Arctic Gate" observation deck overlooks the entire fjord, while the 12th-century Väbrunnsnes Church is a historical landmark. As the gateway to the Troll Wall (Europe's highest vertical rock face) and the Elf Trail lookout, this is a base for hikers and photographers.
The town is easily accessible via the E136 highway and the Norwegian railroad system. The annual summer Fishing Market Festival showcases traditional fishing boats and fish curing, and visitors can also participate in fjord fishing or take a Viking-style wooden boat tour. Väbrunnsnes is a small town, but it encapsulates the essence of the Norwegian west coast - combining stunning natural wonders with a rustic Scandinavian philosophy of life.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
