Tytuvenai is a small city in western Lithuania, located in the Samogitia region, about 30 kilometers from the country's second largest city, Šiauliai. The historic city is centered around the ruins of the 14th-century Tytuvenai Castle, which was originally built in the Gothic style and later modified several times as an important fortification for the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, and has become an iconic historical attraction in the region, drawing tourists to explore its medieval features. In addition, surrounded by dense forests and lakes, Tituvenai is a beautiful natural environment, one of Lithuania's famous "green heart" zones, suitable for hiking and eco-tourism. Although the city is small, it retains a traditional Lithuanian atmosphere and annually organizes local folklore festivals to showcase its rich cultural heritage.
Located in Yunlin County, Taiwan Province of China, Douliu City is the county seat and political, economic and cultural center of the county. The city is located in the northern part of the Jia Nan Plain and has a subtropical monsoon climate with mild and pleasant seasons. Douliu is famous for its agriculture, producing pomelo, willow and rice, and is known as the "Agricultural Capital".

Local delicacies, such as Douliu Yuanzai Ice, Bowls of Kuey Teow and Pork Dumplings, are popular among tourists. In recent years, Douliu has been actively promoting tourism and agriculture, combining traditional and modern features to become a livable city in central Taiwan.
