Towson is the county seat of Baltimore County in the U.S. state of Maryland, located about 12 kilometers north of downtown Baltimore and is part of the core of the Baltimore metropolitan area. Founded in 1768 and officially established as a town in 1854, it is known for its rich historical heritage and modern development. Located in the northwestern part of the island of Antigua in Antigua and Barbuda, Codrington is an important historical town and cultural landmark in the country.
