Located in the northwest of Urumqi City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Tutunhe District is situated at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain and on the banks of Tutun River, and is an important industrial base and transportation hub of Urumqi City. Relying on the railroad corridor of the Asia-Europe Continental Bridge, the region has formed an industrial system dominated by equipment manufacturing, new materials, and modern logistics, and has a state-level economic and technological development zone, which has attracted many enterprises to settle in the area. As the sub-center of Urumqi city, Tutunhe District has both industrial strength and ecological advantages, with the Tutun River Landscape Belt adding greenery to the city, and multi-ethnic cultures mingling here and there, demonstrating the vitality of the development of the border area. In recent years, the district has actively promoted the integration of industry and city, and is an important node connecting Xinjiang and the mainland, helping the regional economy to develop in high quality.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
