Tongyu County is located in the northwestern part of Jilin Province, China, belonging to Baicheng City, and is situated in the transition zone between Songliao Plain and Horqin Grassland, with a total area of about 8,500 square kilometers. It is a key area for new energy development in Jilin Province, with agriculture as its main industry, producing corn and miscellaneous crops, and rich wind and solar energy resources.
