Køge is a historic coastal town in the southeast of the Danish island of Zealand, part of the Zealand Region, about 40 kilometers from the capital, Copenhagen. Founded in the 13th century, the city has a well-preserved medieval old town with cobblestone streets and half-timbered houses, making it one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Denmark.
The historic center of Zylstedt is classified as a conservation area, and landmarks include the 15th-century St. Nicholas Church and Zylstedt Town Hall. Bertoua, the capital of Cameroon's Eastern Region, is located in the southeastern part of the country, adjacent to the Central African Republic, and is the political, economic and cultural center of Cameroon's Eastern Region. As an important transportation node connecting Cameroon with neighboring countries such as Central Africa and South Sudan, Bertoua has a relatively well-developed road network, which facilitates regional trade.
