Tianjin, an important port city on the coast of northern China and one of the municipalities directly under the central government, is located in the northeastern part of the North China Plain, downstream of the Hai River and on the west coast of Bohai Bay, 120 kilometers away from the capital city of Beijing, which is an important engine for the synergistic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Tianjin has a long history, the Yuan Dynasty set up the "Haijin Town", the Ming Yongle years set up guards, become a major town to guard the capital; modern history, as one of the earliest ports in the north of the city, the Nine Concessions left the unique style of the Universal Architecture Expo, a blend of Chinese and Western cultural characteristics. Today, Tianjin is the largest port industrial city in the north, with advanced manufacturing, aerospace, biomedicine and other industries as the pillars, but also the hometown of Chinese operatic art, with a deep cultural heritage of non-heritage, such as comic songs and quick-playing boards. The Haihe River passes through the city, and attractions such as the Italian style district, the ancient culture street and the Tianjin Eye Ferris wheel attract tourists from all directions, showing the city's traditional flavor and modern vitality.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
