Xiaying District is located in the southwestern part of Tainan City, Taiwan Province of China, adjacent to Xuejia District in the north, Xinying District in the east, bordering the Taiwan Strait in the west, and connecting to the military district in the south, with a total area of about 53.2 square kilometers.
