Taixing City is located in the central part of Jiangsu Province, China. It is a county-level city under the administration of Taizhou City, and is situated in the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle. The city is known as the "Hometown of Education" and "Hometown of Ginkgo", with a total area of 1,172 square kilometers and a population of about 1.2 million. Taixing has a long history, founded in the Southern Tang Dynasty, with a thousand years of cultural heritage, and attractions such as the Huangqiao Battle Memorial Hall and Qingyun Temple highlight its red and ancient charm.
Economically, Taixing is an important industrial base in central Jiangsu with fine chemicals, machinery manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries as its pillars. Sheqi County is located in the southwestern part of China's Henan Province, under Nanyang City, on the northeastern edge of the Nanyang Basin, and is a county-level administrative region with a long history. The area has a predominantly agricultural economy, producing grain crops such as wheat and corn, while specialty industries such as winemaking and traditional handicrafts are also relatively well-developed.
