Suiling County is located in the central part of China's Heilongjiang Province, under Suihua City, at the western foot of the southern end of the Xiaoxingan Mountains. The area is dominated by agriculture and forestry, producing crops such as soybeans and corn, and is rich in forest resources. Suiling has a cold-temperate continental monsoon climate with four distinct seasons and long, cold winters.
Suiling has beautiful natural scenery, with a number of ecological scenic spots and nature reserves, making it suitable for outdoor tourism and ecological exploration. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger.
