Suibin County is located in the northeastern part of China's Heilongjiang Province, belonging to Hegang City, and is situated in the delta where the Songhua River meets the Heilongjiang River, with Russia across the Heilong Jiang, making it one of the important border counties in China.
Suibin County has a flat terrain, belonging to the hinterland of the Three Rivers Plain, with rich black soil resources and developed agriculture, making it an important commercial grain base in China. The four seasons are distinct, with long, cold winters and warm, humid summers, characterized by a typical cold-temperate continental monsoon climate.
Suibin's economy is dominated by agriculture, producing rice, soybeans and other crops, known as the "land of fish and rice". In recent years, Suibin has been actively developing border trade and eco-tourism, and possesses a national class of passenger and cargo transportation ports, with active economic and trade cooperation with Russia.
Suibin retains a strong northeastern folk culture and border characteristics, and the ruins of the ancient city of Olemi bear witness to the history of the Liao and Jin dynasties. The territory is rich in natural landscapes, and the Songhua River wetlands and the scenery of the Heilongjiang Boundary River are unique, making it an ideal place to experience the northern scenery and border culture.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
