Siming District is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China, and is the center of Xiamen's urban area and the core economic and cultural district. The name of the district is derived from "Siming Zhou", the memorial site of the national hero Zheng Chenggong, which means "remembering the Ming Dynasty".
