Shuangcheng District, belonging to Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Harbin City, in the hinterland of Songnen Plain, is one of the municipal districts of Harbin City, and one of the nearest satellite cities to the main city of Harbin. Historically, Shuangcheng is one of the birthplaces of the Manchu people, set up in the early Qing Dynasty Shuangcheng Hall, the Republic of China to change Shuangcheng County, in 2014 the county set up a district, with a "thousand years of the ancient city, a hundred years of commercial port" reputation. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters.
