Located in the southeastern part of New Taipei City, Taiwan Province of China, Shiding is a mountainous township in the suburbs of Taipei, famous for its tea plantation scenery and natural landscape. Located in the northwestern part of China's Guizhou Province, Weining is an autonomous county under the jurisdiction of Bijie City, situated on the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with an average altitude of about 2,200 meters and a predominantly plateau mountainous climate.
