Shibuxian County is located in the southwestern part of China's Hebei Province, under Handan City, at the eastern foothills of the Taihang Mountains, at the junction of Jin, Hebei and Henan provinces, with a total area of about 1,509 square kilometers. The county is dominated by mountainous and hilly terrain, with a temperate continental monsoon climate and four distinct seasons. With a long history, Shibuixian is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization and has a rich cultural heritage, such as Nuwa Palace and the former site of the command headquarters of the 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army, among other famous attractions. The economy is based on agriculture and tourism, producing walnuts, peppercorns and other specialties, while actively developing green industries and red tourism. The transportation is convenient, with the Qinglan Expressway and the Hand Chang Railway passing through the county, connecting it to the major cities around. With its unique natural scenery and deep cultural heritage, Shibuxian has become an important tourist destination in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
Rustavi is the fourth largest city in Georgia, located in the Kvemo Kartli region in the southeast of the country, situated on both banks of the Kura River, about 25 kilometers from the capital city of Tbilisi. The city was founded in 1948 as a planned city built during the Soviet period to support the development of heavy industry, and was named after the medieval Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli. An important industrial center, Rustavi was once known for its steel and chemical industries, and in recent years has been gradually transforming into a diversified economy.
