Shenmu City is located in the northern part of Shaanxi Province, China. It is a county-level city under the administration of Yulin City, and is situated at the junction of Shaanxi, Jinshan and Mongolia provinces. As the core area of the national energy and chemical industry base, Shenmu is famous for its rich coal resources, and is known as the "Coal Capital of China". Its coal reserves account for a significant proportion of the national total, and its economic strength has ranked among the top counties in Shaanxi for many years.

Liuhe District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, People's Republic of China, located in the northern part of Nanjing, on the northern bank of the Yangtze River, and is an important part of the Nanjing metropolitan area.
