Located in the north of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, Shenbei New Area is a state-level new area approved by the State Council in 2006, located in the core hinterland of Shenyang Economic Zone, neighboring the main city of Shenyang in the south and Tieling in the north, which is an important growth pole of Shenyang Metropolitan Area.
