Shaybak District is a municipal district of Urumqi City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, located at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain and on the banks of the Urumqi River. It is one of the central districts of Urumqi, and an important transportation hub, trade and logistics, and cultural exchange center in Xinjiang. The area is inhabited by many ethnic groups, and the cultures of 13 ethnic groups, including Uyghurs, Han Chinese and Hui, have blended to form unique folk customs. The area boasts well-known attractions such as Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar, Hongshan Park, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum, etc., which not only show the rich regional characteristics of Xinjiang, but also carry a deep historical heritage. As the commercial core of Urumqi, Shaybak District is home to a variety of shopping malls, specialty neighborhoods, and food courts, making it an ideal place to experience Xinjiang's modern urban vitality and traditional cultural charms.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims. The local economy is based on fishing, tourism and agriculture, and the climate is cool enough for summer vacations.
