Shaybak District is a municipal district of Urumqi City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, located at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain and on the banks of the Urumqi River. It is one of the central districts of Urumqi, and an important transportation hub, trade and logistics, and cultural exchange center in Xinjiang. The area is inhabited by many ethnic groups, and the cultures of 13 ethnic groups, including Uyghurs, Han Chinese and Hui, have blended to form unique folk customs. The area boasts well-known attractions such as Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar, Hongshan Park, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Museum, etc., which not only show the rich regional characteristics of Xinjiang, but also carry a deep historical heritage. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger. The city is located in the lower Niger River basin around the climate of the tropical desert climate, hot and dry throughout the year, the average annual precipitation is less than 300 millimeters. The economy is based on agriculture and animal husbandry, and the surrounding areas are rich in millet, sorghum and livestock. Diffa, as a regional trade center, undertakes the function of cross-border trade with neighboring countries, such as Nigeria, and is especially famous for the trade of livestock, agricultural products and handicrafts.
