Shaybak District is a municipal district of Urumqi City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, located at the northern foot of Tianshan Mountain and on the banks of the Urumqi River. It is one of the central districts of Urumqi, and an important transportation hub, trade and logistics, and cultural exchange center in Xinjiang.
