Shangrao is located in the northeast of Jiangxi Province, China, at the junction of Gan, Zhejiang, Fujian and Anhui provinces, and is an important node city of the city cluster in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. As a national ecological demonstration zone and an excellent tourist city, Shangrao is famous for its world natural heritage and cultural heritages, such as Sanqingshan, Wuyuan and Turtle Peak, combining natural landscapes and cultural heritage.
The regional economy is based on the pillars of agriculture, tourism and non-ferrous metal industry, with a developed high-speed rail network and convenient transportation. Shangrao is also the hometown of Zhu Xi, Fang Zhimin and other historical celebrities, where the red culture and the tradition of science are blended. With a beautiful urban environment, the Xin River running through the city, modern development and ecological protection, Shangrao is one of the most dynamic developing cities in China.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
