Shangjie is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China, located in the western part of the city, about 38 kilometers from the city center. Founded in 1958, the district is famous for being an important base of Aluminum Corporation of China and is one of the core areas of Zhengzhou's industrial development. Covering an area of about 64.7 square kilometers and with a population of about 130,000, Shangjie is characterized by its industrial economy, transportation convenience and community life.
Shangjie is dominated by the aluminum industry, with a number of large enterprises supporting local employment and the economy. In recent years, the region has been actively transforming itself into a diversified economic structure by developing manufacturing, logistics and technology industries, while retaining its agricultural base.
Shangjie is culturally rich, belonging to the Central Plains Cultural Circle, and is rich in folklore activities. With parks, commercial facilities and educational institutions, the district offers convenient living and a livable community environment. The well-developed transportation network connecting to Zhengzhou makes it easy for residents to commute and travel.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
