Shanghai, a municipality directly under the central government of China, is located on the east bank of the Yangtze River at the mouth of the sea, is the leader of the Yangtze River Delta city cluster, and a globally important international economic, financial, trade and shipping center. As one of the most economically developed cities in China, Shanghai is famous for its Lujiazui Financial City and the Bund, where skyscrapers and old Shikumen alleys blend together, showing the unique charm of "sea culture". It is the front window of China's reform and opening up, successfully hosting international events such as the Fair and the World Expo, and possessing global landmarks such as Disneyland and the Shanghai Tower. It is an important gateway connecting China and the world, where diversified cultures mingle and Chinese and Western elements collide to create a vibrant city atmosphere, attracting global talents and capital.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
