Located on the northernmost tip of the Door Peninsula in Door County, Wisconsin, USA, Gills Rock is a small community known for its serene lake views and strong fishing culture. Nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan and surrounded by breathtaking shorelines, dense forests and vast cherry orchards, it is one of the centerpieces of Wisconsin's "Cherry Capital". Although small, the town attracts seafood lovers for its excellent catch, especially whitefish and herring, and the local fishing pier still maintains a traditional fishing operation, where visitors can taste fresh, straight-from-the-lake food.
