Introduction to Sevan, Armenia
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. Fanchi County is located in the northeast of Shanxi Province, under Xinzhou City, east of Hebei Province and north of Inner Mongolia, and is an important node at the junction of Jin, Hebei and Mongolia. With a total area of about 2,369 square kilometers and a population of about 270,000, the county has a temperate continental climate with four distinct seasons.
