Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims. The local economy is based on fishing, tourism and agriculture, and the climate is cool enough for summer vacations.

England, located in Lonoke County in central Arkansas, USA, is a small, quiet city about 30 miles northeast of Little Rock. Founded in the late 1800s, the city sprang up as a result of railroad transportation and still retains a strong southern small-town feel. With approximately 3,000 residents according to the most recent population figures, England has a friendly community atmosphere with agriculture and light industry as the mainstays of the economy, and the surrounding area is rich in crops such as soybeans and corn. The local school district, England School District, offers educational resources for grades K-12, and community events such as the annual England Strawberry Festival are popular and attract neighborhood residents. Despite its small size, England's low cost of living, safe environment, and easy access to Highway 71 make it a great choice for families seeking a quieter life.
