Šeduva is a border town in northern Lithuania, located on the Lithuanian-Latvian border and belonging to Šiauliai County. With a population of about 10,000, this small town is known for its peaceful idyll and deep history. Located in the north of Anhui Province, China, Huaibei is an important industrial city and regional center in the northern Anhui region.
