Shah Alam, the capital of the Malaysian state of Selangor, is located on the west coast of the Malay Peninsula, close to the capital city of Kuala Lumpur and about 30 minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The city was planned in the 1960s to be the new administrative center of Selangor and has developed into a modern city with industrial, commercial and residential functions. Known for its multiculturalism, Shah Alam is home to iconic attractions such as Malaysia's largest national mosque and the Blue Lagoon Gardens, as well as being an important base for the automobile manufacturing industry, which has attracted many international companies to invest in the city. With its convenient transportation network and excellent civic amenities, Shah Alam has become an integral satellite city of the Greater Kuala Lumpur region, combining urban vibrancy with livability.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
