Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country. Located in the western part of Hunan Province, China, Zhongfang County is part of Huaihua City and was founded in 1997, making it one of the youngest counties in Hunan Province. Located at the Hunan-Guizhou border, it has a total area of 1,466 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people. The county has a population of about 10,000. With agriculture as the leading industry, the county is rich in ice-sugar oranges, oil tea and Chinese herbs, and is known as the "Gateway to Western Hunan" and the "Hometown of Oil Tea".
