Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country. Located in the southeastern part of China's Henan Province, Xincai County, part of Zhumadian City, is situated in the hinterland of the Yellow-Huai Plain and has a long history as one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. As the seat of the ancient state of Lü, Xincai has a history of more than 3,000 years of city building and is rich in culture, with numerous historical sites such as the ruins of Ge Ling City in its territory.
