Overview of Shunqing, Sichuan, China

Shunqing is the central urban area under the jurisdiction of Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, located in the northeastern part of the Sichuan Basin, on the west bank of the middle reaches of the Jialing River. As the political, economic and cultural core area of Nanchong, Shunqing District has a total area of 555 square kilometers and a resident population of about 600,000 people.
