Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country. Hui County is located in the northern part of China's Henan Province, part of Xinxiang City, at the southern foot of the Taihang Mountains, and is an important part of the Central Plains Economic Zone. The city has a long history, with more than 2,000 years of city founding, was once the seat of the ancient Communist State, and has a rich cultural heritage. With a total area of about 2007 square kilometers and a population of about 840,000, Huixian has agriculture, industry and tourism as its economic pillars.
