Dongyin is an outlying island township in Lianjiang County, Taiwan Province of China, located in the northern part of the Taiwan Strait near the Matsu Islands in Fujian, consisting of Dongyin Island, Xiyin Island, and neighboring islets, making it one of the northernmost administrative districts in Taiwan. The area is known for its unique granite landforms and crystal-clear waters, and boasts natural landscapes such as the Dongyin Lighthouse and Double Breasted Mountain, as well as rich fishery resources, with an abundance of seafood such as lobster and sea bass.
