Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country. Aishalton (Anna Regina) is an important town in the Barima-Waini Region of Guyana, situated on the Atlantic coast in the north of the country, about 110 kilometers from the capital city of Georgetown, and is one of the economic and transportation hubs on the northern coast of Guyana. The town's main industries are agriculture and fishing, and the surrounding area is rich in rice, sugarcane and tropical fruits, as well as being an important distribution center for Guyana's rice exports. With a population of about 15,000, Aishalton is multicultural and has a unique Caribbean flavor, and the local market is full of strong local characteristics.
