Oman Saada is not an independent country but a landlocked city located in the Sultanate of Oman in the Middle East and is part of the Adaheria Governorate. Grandcess is the capital of Grandcess County in southeastern Liberia, bordering the Atlantic Ocean, and is an important port and administrative center of the county.
