Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. Shangjie is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China, located in the western part of the city, about 38 kilometers from the city center. Founded in 1958, the district is famous for being an important base of Aluminum Corporation of China and is one of the core areas of Zhengzhou's industrial development. Covering an area of about 64.7 square kilometers and with a population of about 130,000, Shangjie is characterized by its industrial economy, transportation convenience and community life.
Shangjie is dominated by the aluminum industry, with a number of large enterprises supporting local employment and the economy. In recent years, the region has been actively transforming itself into a diversified economic structure by developing manufacturing, logistics and technology industries, while retaining its agricultural base.
Shangjie is culturally rich, belonging to the Central Plains Cultural Circle, and is rich in folklore activities. With parks, commercial facilities and educational institutions, the district offers convenient living and a livable community environment. The well-developed transportation network connecting to Zhengzhou makes it easy for residents to commute and travel.
