Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
Qingbaijiang District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, located in the northeastern part of Chengdu, about 30 kilometers from the city center. The district gets its name from the Qingbai River, which flows through its territory, and is home to the Chengdu International Railway Port, as well as an important starting point for the China-European liner (Chengdu), a trade hub connecting China with Europe and Central Asia.
Qingbaijiang has a strong industrial base, dominated by metallurgical, chemical and logistics industries, and has been actively developing modern manufacturing and cross-border e-commerce in recent years. The area is rich in cultural attractions, such as the Phoenix Lake Wetland Park and the Three Kingdoms cultural relics, featuring both ecological and historical characteristics. Conveniently located, the area is closely connected to neighboring cities through networks such as the Chengmian Expressway and the Baocheng Railway.
As a national-level economic development zone and high-speed rail port, Qingbaijiang is promoting economic diversification and internationalization, and is an important economic growth pole in northern Chengdu.
