Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.

Pengze County is located in the northeastern part of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, China, on the south bank of the Yangtze River, and is a typical water town of the south of the Yangtze River as well as a famous county in history and culture. The county is mainly engaged in agriculture and fishery, producing rice, cotton and aquatic products, and is known as the "Hometown of Fish and Rice". Pengze has a long history, dating back to the Qin and Han Dynasties, and is rich in cultural heritage, such as ancient battlefield sites and traditional villages. The natural landscape is beautiful, with attractions such as the scenery along the Yangtze River and the Longgong Cave attracting tourists. The economy is based on agriculture and is gradually developing tourism and light industry, and the transportation is convenient, connecting neighboring cities by road and waterway.
