Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
Liuba County, located in the southwest of Shaanxi Province, China, is part of Hanzhong Municipality, and is situated in the hinterland of the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains, making it an eco-tourism destination known for its natural beauty, history and culture. With a total area of about 1,970 square kilometers, the county is sparsely populated and has a forest coverage of more than 90%, enjoying a reputation as a "natural oxygen bar".
Liuba County is home to the Zibaishan National Forest Park, Zhangliang Temple, and rafting on the trestle path, and is characterized by alpine meadows, virgin forests, and ancient trestle path relics. With four distinct seasons and cool summers, it is an ideal place for summer vacation and outdoor exploration. It is also a habitat for rare animals such as giant pandas and golden monkeys.
Liuba has a long history and was an important node of the ancient Baosi Trail, closely related to the culture of the Three Kingdoms. The economy is based on agriculture and tourism, with an abundance of Chinese herbs, honey and mountain products. In recent years, eco-tourism and rural tourism have been developing rapidly, attracting a large number of tourists to come and experience the charm of the fusion of nature and humanity.
