Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
China's Hebei Seaports refer to the seaport cities in Hebei Province, mainly including Qinhuangdao Port, Tangshan Port (including Jingtang Port Area and Caofeidian Port Area) and Huanghua Port. Located along the Bohai Bay coast, these ports are important maritime hubs and energy transportation corridors in northern China. Relying on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Economic Circle, Hebei seaports undertake the import and export of bulk cargoes such as coal, iron ore and containers, which are of strategic significance to regional economic development and international trade.
Among them, Qinhuangdao Port is one of the world's largest coal exporting ports; Tangshan Port ranks among the top in the world in terms of cargo throughput; and Huanghua Port is the main sea port of Xiongan New Area. These ports have well-developed infrastructures and transportation networks connecting railroads, highways and other modes of transportation, promoting logistics efficiency and trade facilitation. Meanwhile, the Hebei seaport region is also actively promoting green port construction and intelligent upgrading to support sustainable development and marine economic innovation.
