Located in the central and western part of Henan Province, Ruzhou is a county-level city in Pingdingshan City, a transition zone between the remaining veins of the Fuyushan Mountains and the Yellow-Huaihuai Plain, and is known as the "Capital of Ru Porcelain" and the "Hometown of Qu Opera".
