Ruyang County belongs to Luoyang City, Henan Province, is located in the northern foothills of the western Henan Fuyi Mountain, with a long history, the ancient Yiguo, Sui Daye two years (606 years) set up Ruyang County, named because it is located in the north of the Ru River.
